Shipping Policy

Order Processing

·       Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

·       Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

·       Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

·       Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

·       Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $100

·       Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 

·       Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

·       We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

·       Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes may affect shipping times. If you experience significant delays, please contact our customer service team.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Once dispatched, Stakki is no longer in control of your fulfilment as we use external companies. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to solve the issue.

Damaged Packages

Once dispatched, Stakki is no longer in control of your order as we use an external company for fulfilment. If damages occur, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging. As well as proof of purchase as part of your claim.
