How To Clean Your STAKKI
To keep your STAKKI fresh and hygienic for everyday use, the bottle should be cleaned daily:
Disassemble the Bottle
Remove the lid and detach the magnetic phone holder/handle.
Separate the storage compartments from the main bottle body.
Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse all parts (lid, compartments, and bottle body) with warm water after use to prevent residue buildup.
Wash with Mild Soap
Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap to clean the inside and outside of the bottle.
Pay special attention to the storage compartments to ensure no leftover items like snacks or powder are caked on.
Focus on the Lid
The lid has crevices where mould can get trapped, so extra care is needed. Use a toothbrush to scrub under the lid and inside all crevices with warm soapy water.
For a deep clean, make a spray using dishwashing liquid and essential clove oil (a natural mould repellent). Spray this solution onto the lid, let it sit for a few minutes, and then wash it off. This routine will help keep your lid in excellent condition.
Check Container Edges
Pay extra attention to the edges of the storage compartments and container threads, ensuring all areas are cleaned properly.
Air-Dry Completely
Air-dry all parts upside down on a drying rack to prevent water spots and mould.
Remove Scuffs or Marks
If your bottle gets scuffed or marked, the best method to clean it is by using an "eraser sponge." This type of sponge is non-abrasive but can handle tough scuffs effectively.
What to Avoid
Dishwasher Use: Handwashing is strongly recommended to protect the components of your STAKKI bottle.
Microwave Use: The STAKKI bottle is not microwave-safe; do not attempt to heat it in the microwave.
Harsh Chemicals: Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners that could damage the materials.
Prolonged Soaking: Don’t leave the bottle submerged in water for extended periods, especially the lid and magnetic parts.
Salt Water: If you take your STAKKI bottle to the beach, it is essential to clean it thoroughly as soon as you get home. Salt does not mix well with stainless steel and will cause rust if left unattended.
Important Notice* Failure to properly clean your STAKKI bottle is considered misuse of the product. STAKKI is not liable for any issues arising from improper care, such as the ingestion of mould or rust. Please ensure regular cleaning and maintenance to keep your bottle safe and functional.

Why is my STAKKI leaking?
This bottle features a leak-proof lid. This means you can throw your bottle in your bag or car for easy transport. If your lid leaks, this is because A) one of your bottle lids isn’t screwed on correctly B) The seal has dislodged during cleaning and needs to be pressed back into place C) your lid has been damaged.
Can the STAKKI bottle fit in my car cup holder?
The bottle diameter is 10.5cm and therefore will not fit in most standard cup holders. However, there are cup holder adapters on the market that fit the STAKKI bottle. We have the goal to release our own STAKKI cup holder adapter soon. Please note this bottle features a leak-proof lid. This means you can throw your bottle in your bag or car for easy transport.
How does the STAKKI magnet work?
The STAKKI lid has a strong magnetic ring and can hold the majority of smartphones. If you don’t have a magnetic phone case, we have provided a stick-on magnet that you can apply directly to your phone or phone case. For proper adhesion ensure the phone has a flat, clean surface. Press and hold the magnet down for 30 seconds.
Will my car keys fit in the STAKKI containers?
The base container will likely fit most car keys. We recommend you remove your keys from your key ring and only include your essential keys to save space.
Will earbuds fit in the STAKKI containers?
All AirPods will fit in the base container! Other brands with larger cases may not fit.
However, our containers will still be useful to store loose earbuds in between use. Just ensure they are fully charged.
What are the containers designed for?
The containers are designed to store your essentials. Such as car keys, house keys, AirPods, bank cards, portable chargers, prepackaged snacks, prepackaged protein powder sachets, lip balm, zinc, doggy poo bags, or even to pour water into for your pup. You can assemble your perfect Stakki.
What are the containers not intended for?
Certain Types of Beverages: Our bottles are designed for cold beverages only. Using them for hot, carbonated or alcoholic beverages may cause pressure buildup and is not recommended.
Unpackaged Food: We do not recommend using Stakki containers for non-packaged food. As the food is likely to cause build-up and affect how well the containers can screw onto one another. We recommend only storing prepackaged snacks in the containers. Or use a ziplock bag as a barrier.
Are there any safety concerns for my STAKKI?
At STAKKI, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality products and complete transparency to our customers. Our vacuum-insulated bottles are manufactured using industry-standard methods. The same method the vast majority of water bottles on the market use to ensure durability and optimal temperature retention.
Concerns may occur due to the nature of the sealing process for vacuum insulation. As solder/palettes are required to form a seal. Trace amounts of lead could be detected, even though we use what’s considered a ‘lead-free’ solder. Due to this, we use specialised machinery to apply a welded stainless steel cap at the base of the bottle for our customer’s added protection. Exposure should not be a problem under normal use.
While it is highly unlikely, if the stainless steel cap becomes detached for any reason discontinue use immediately. If the cap comes off during ordinary use, the product may be eligible under our Manufactures Warranty see Returns Policy
